The first deck, Testing Waters aims to foster new friendships and can be played among acquaintances who wish to become close friends.
The second deck, Deep Dive comprises deep emotional questions that will surely strengthen existing bonds between friends & family. Finally, each player gets one card from the third deck, Rescue Circle. This is a card they can flash as many times as they wish in case they find a question too personal and they prefer not to answer.
How to Play:

With Under the Sea, you can play among two or as large a group as you can gather. You can play from one deck or be daring and mix it up. You can ask a question to any one person in the group or ask everyone to answer. The only tip we can give you is that those who are most vulnerable stand to win.
