- Once the Red Ticket is booked and paid for, no refunds, returns, or exchanges are allowed for either the Red Ticket or the iPhone. This includes changes to the voucher or a change of mind regarding the phone.
- The Red Ticket redemption is only valid for 7 days from the iphone launch date (i.e 20th Sept to 27th Sept)
- The Red Ticket is only redeemable in stores.
- The cardholder who made the payment must be present to redeem the Red Ticket voucher, as per store policy. Customers must present a valid ID and the card used for payment at the time of collection.
- The Red Ticket is valid for use in a single transaction only. Its value cannot be split across multiple purchases.
- The Red Ticket can only be redeemed on eligible listed brands and accessories.
