Tech Fest | General Terms and Conditions
- Customers that spend any amount below AED 500 on Tech products are only eligible for daily Prize
- Customers that spend AED500 and above on Tech products are eligible for daily and weekly Prize
- Customers that spend AED1000 and above on Tech Products are eligible for daily, weekly and Grand Prize
- Customers must join Virgin Circle loyalty program to be eligible to enter the draw.1 entry per transaction. More transactions, more chances
- Eligibility validation period starts on the 5th of September 2022 and ends on the 30th of September
2023.
- Winner will be notified by telephone and shall only be able to claim the prize by presenting adequate
personal identification (Emirates ID, passport or valid driver license with photo ID). If the Customer
is unreachable, the prize will be forfeited by the customer, and customer shall not have any right to
claim any damages or compensation whatsoever from Virgin Megastore.
- The prize will be awarded only and within the UAE. In case the winner of the raffle draw is not a legal
resident of the UAE or resides outside of the UAE, it shall be his/her sole responsibility to bear all
travel costs to collect the prize (i.e. travel tickets, visa requirements) and all logistical costs for
exporting and transporting the prize from the Mall of the Emirates. All other taxes, expenses and
incidentals not specifically mentioned as being included are excluded and are the winner's sole
responsibility.
- Prize substitution, refund or cash equivalent claims are not permitted in any way whatsoever.
- Prize images may not reflect actual size, style, colour, or models of the actual prizes.
- All transactions during Tech Fest (i.e., from 5th of September till 30th September 2023) are non-refundable
nor exchangeable.
- The prize of the Grand Prize winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable to any other individual and cannot
be requested by the winner and no cash alternative is offered. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with
any other offer. Any Virgin Atlantic flight bookings using company concessions are excluded from this
promotion.
- Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon booking a
qualifying flight during the Promotion Period. Virgin Megastore reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse
to award the prize or seek recovery of its value if the prize has been awarded to anyone in breach of these
terms and conditions.
- Virgin Megastore must be informed of any special access requests (wheelchair access or any similar
access needs) which are necessary for the enjoyment of the prize.
- Virgin Megastore reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher
value if circumstances beyond Virgin Megastore’s control makes it necessary to do so.
- Virgin Megastore reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it
becomes necessary to do so.
- You will be responsible for ensuring that (at the time of travel) you are available to travel and hold
valid passports (that will remain valid for at least 6 months after arrival at destination, including
the US), any necessary visas, other required documentation to comply with applicable immigration or
other travel regulations for the flight in question on the travel dates specified.
- All elements of the prize package must be used as part of the same trip. If the winner elects to use any
or all portions of his/her prize with fewer than the entire booking, the prize will be awarded to the
winner and any participating guests specific when the winner claims the prize and any remainder of the
prize will be forfeited and shall not be subject to further or alternative compensation.
- Unless otherwise stated in the relevant prize-specific terms, the prize does not include travel
insurance, spending money, tax, or personal expenses.
